These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the cosmetic and beauty services provided by Skin Harmony Studio.

1. General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the cosmetic and beauty services provided by Skin Harmony Studio.
By using a service or by booking an appointment, the guest accepts the conditions set out in these terms.
2. Booking an appointment
Skin Harmony Studio receives guests by prior appointment only.
Appointments can be booked through the online booking system or through the contact channels provided by Skin Harmony Studio.
A booked appointment is personal to the guest and may be transferred to another person only after prior agreement.
3. Cancelling and changing an appointment
If the guest is unable to attend a booked appointment, they are asked to give notice at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, Skin Harmony Studio reserves the right, should it happen again, to make further bookings subject to payment of a deposit.
4. Late arrival
In the event of a late arrival, the treatment may be shortened to take account of the following guest’s appointment.
In the event of a more significant delay, the treatment may no longer be possible and a new appointment will need to be arranged.
5. State of health and contraindications
Before the treatment begins, the guest is obliged to inform the service provider of any state of health, medication, allergy, pregnancy, skin condition or other circumstance that may affect whether the treatment can be carried out safely.
Skin Harmony Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone a treatment in the event of a contraindication or a health risk.
6. Treatment results
The results of cosmetic treatments may differ from person to person, as they are influenced by, among other things, the current condition of the skin, age, lifestyle, at-home skincare and individual characteristics.
The service provider therefore gives no guarantee of a specific or lasting result.
7. Prices and payment
The current prices of the services can be found on the Skin Harmony Studio website and in its price list.
Prices are in Hungarian forint.
Payment is made after the treatment, by one of the payment methods available in the salon.
8. Consultation
Where a separate consultation is needed before a given treatment, its fee may be deducted from the price of the treatment when the service is used, provided that the conditions of the service in question allow this.
9. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
A gift voucher may be used within the validity period stated on it, and after that period the service provider is not obliged to accept it.
10. Processing of personal data
Skin Harmony Studio processes guests’ personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation in force.
The detailed rules of the processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Complaints
A guest may raise a comment or complaint about the service in person or at the email address of Skin Harmony Studio.
The service provider aims to settle any problems amicably, in cooperation with the guest.
12. Final provisions
Skin Harmony Studio reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.
The version in force at any time is the version published on the website.
