Privacy Policy

This is a short summary of what personal data Skin Harmony Studio (Bán Viktória Ilona, sole trader) processes in connection with the studio’s services and the skinharmonystudio.hu website. Processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

What data is processed and why

  • Appointments and correspondence: name, phone number, email address, the requested treatment and time. These are needed to arrange and confirm your appointment.
  • Skin information needed for treatment: skin type and condition, allergies, sensitivities and anything else that affects a treatment. This is recorded with your consent, purely so that your treatment is safe and tailored to you. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Invoicing: the data needed to issue an invoice and meet accounting obligations.
  • Visiting the website: the site is static, with no forms, registration or user accounts. Server logs (IP address, time, page viewed) may be recorded to keep the site running securely.

Online booking

Online appointments are booked through the Salonic system. The personal data provided during booking is governed by Skin Harmony’s privacy policy and by Salonic’s applicable data protection provisions.

How long data is kept

Appointment data for up to 1 year, treatment information for 5 years after your last treatment or until you withdraw consent, invoicing data for the 8 years required by law, and server logs for no more than 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics, profiling or marketing cookies and sets no cookies of its own on your device. When the embedded OpenStreetMap map on the Contact page loads, your browser connects to an OpenStreetMap server, which may learn your IP address in the process.

Who data is shared with

Skin Harmony does not sell your personal data and does not pass it to third parties for marketing. Your data is only shared where the law requires it — for example to meet accounting obligations or in response to a lawful request from an authority. Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to the data held about you, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability; you may object to processing and withdraw your consent. Requests can be sent to info@skinharmonystudio.hu — a reply follows within one month, free of charge.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, Hungary, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, https://naih.hu), or go to court.
